Marketplace policies & how everything works

All payments go through our secure checkout — never pay a seller by cash app, wire, or gift card, and never accept payment outside the site. Off-platform payments have no protection and violate these policies.

When a card sells, 6% of the item price is recorded as the platform fee. Sellers see the exact fee on every order before payout. Buyers are never charged a fee — no "buyer premium," ever.

Optional extras are always opt-in: spotlight promotions ($2.99–$19.99) put a card on the homepage and at the top of search for a set number of days, and the Pro seller plan ($9.99/month) lifts the 20-listing free limit. Cancel the Pro plan any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month.

Every order is tracked in-app from payment to delivery, so both sides can follow the handoff. Pay through the checkout on the listing — that's what keeps your purchase protected.

You can buy at the listed price, bid on auctions, or send a best offer where the seller allows it. Winning an auction or having an offer accepted is a commitment to pay. After your card arrives, leave a review — honest ratings keep the marketplace safe for everyone.

If a card never arrives or arrives clearly not as described, contact the seller first, then reach out to us. Purchases made outside checkout can't be covered.

List honestly: your own photos of the actual card, an accurate condition grade, and a clear description of any flaws. Stock photos of a different copy of the card aren't allowed — buyers deserve to see exactly what they're getting.

Free accounts can keep 20 live listings at a time; Pro is unlimited. You can list fixed price or run an auction, accept or decline offers, and cross-post to eBay from your dashboard if you like. Ship promptly after a sale — within 3 business days is the standard.

Shill bidding on your own auctions, canceling sales because the price went up, or moving a deal off-platform to dodge the 6% fee will get listings removed and accounts suspended.

Sellers set their own shipping charge and service. Use tracked shipping on every order — for higher-value cards, add signature confirmation and insurance. An untracked envelope that goes missing is the seller's responsibility.

Buyers: double-check your address before paying. Sellers ship to the address on the order, and changes after payment can't be guaranteed.

Cards travel badly in plain envelopes. Minimum standard for every sale:

• Penny sleeve + semi-rigid holder or toploader for every raw card.
• Team bag or tape over the top of the toploader so the card can't slide out.
• Bubble mailer or box — never a plain white envelope for anything over a few dollars.
• Graded slabs ship in a box or padded mailer with the slab wrapped.
• No tape touching the card or sleeve, and no rubber bands.

A card damaged by poor packaging is on the seller. Pack every card like it's going to your own collection.

Mark a card "open to trade" to receive swap offers. Trades are arranged between collectors and each side ships their own card with tracking. Because no payment moves through checkout, trades carry more risk — trade with members who have solid reviews, and agree on condition and shipping method before either side sends.

One account per person, real information, and respectful behavior in chat, offers, and live shows. Counterfeit cards, stolen property, harassment, and scams mean immediate removal — no warnings on those.

Reviews must be honest and about the actual transaction. Review trading ("you 5-star me, I'll 5-star you") and retaliatory reviews can be removed.
