Shop policies

Sellers set their own shipping charge and service for each listing. Most single-card shipments fall in the $3.50–$5.50 range for standard tracked shipping; heavier lots or expedited service may cost more.

The shipping amount is shown on every listing before you check out. Buyers pay the listing price plus that shipping charge — no extra platform fees are added.

Sellers must use tracked shipping on every order. An untracked envelope that goes missing is the seller's responsibility. Higher-value cards should include signature confirmation and insurance.

Cards travel badly in plain envelopes. Every sale must meet this minimum standard:

• Penny sleeve + semi-rigid holder or toploader for every raw card.
• Team bag or tape over the top of the toploader so the card can't slide out.
• Bubble mailer or box — never a plain white envelope for anything over a few dollars.
• Graded slabs ship in a box or padded mailer with the slab wrapped.
• No tape touching the card or sleeve, and no rubber bands.

A card damaged by poor packaging is on the seller. Pack every card like it's going to your own collection.

Pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay — whichever your device offers at checkout. Every method is encrypted and covered by the same protection.

Always pay through the checkout on the listing. Off-platform payments (Zelle, Venmo, cash apps outside checkout) have no protection and violate marketplace rules.

Every order is tracked in-app from payment to delivery. If a card never arrives or is clearly not as described, contact the seller first, then reach out to us.
